Refund & Cancellation
Written plainly, so there is nothing to argue about later.
Booking advance
A 20% advance confirms your dates and covers material purchase. The advance is adjusted in the final bill and is never charged before you approve the written quotation.
Cancellation before work starts
Cancel 72 hours or more before the start date and the full advance is refunded. Within 72 hours, unused material is refunded in full and 10% of the advance is retained towards blocked team time.
Cancellation after work starts
You pay only for the area completed till that day, measured jointly, plus the material already opened. Any remaining balance from the advance is returned within 7 working days.
Rework instead of refund
For finish complaints — patchy coats, uneven texture, polish marks, missed touch-ups — raise it within 7 days of handover and we redo that area free of cost. Rework is our first remedy before any refund.
Warranty claims
Workmanship is covered for 1 year and terrace waterproofing for 3 to 5 years as written in the quotation. Peeling or seepage from our workmanship is repaired free. Damage from structural cracks, plumbing leakage, customer-supplied poor material or third-party work is not covered.
Material returns
Unopened, undamaged paint and polish tins are returned to the dealer and credited to you at purchase price. Opened tins, custom-tinted shades and cut material cannot be returned.
Refund method and time
Refunds are paid by the same method you used — UPI, bank transfer or cash — within 7 working days of the joint measurement, with a signed settlement note.
